Have to admit the voice control feature is convenient when hands are wet; I can change or restart without lifting a wet finger. You do have to remember specific commands tho. The white noise is actually nice; I didn’t think I’d use it, but when you don’t want music, it’s very relaxing.
My absolute favorite feature is the voice control, especially since I plan on using it in the shower. Just press and hold the Voice button for 2 seconds until the white indicator lights up, say “BestQool,” and you can use your voice to control the red and near-infrared light modes, set the timer, adjust the volume, turn it on or off, and more!
Consistency is key with red light therapy, so I plan on using this around 20 minutes per session, 5+ times a week, especially when I’m dealing with back or body discomfort. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
As for using this red light panel, it is unbelievably easy. There are buttons for settings and power at the top of the panel, but I absolutely love using the voice control function instead. There are voice commands listed inside the instruction booklet that the device understands without a hitch. It’s been super easy to add into my daily routine, and I have high hopes that it will help with my aging skin over time.
An RLT device that is designed to be used in a hot, steamy room and has hands-free controls. I don't own a home sauna, but I love to take steamy showers and long baths, and the idea of being able to combine RLT with those immediately had my attention (keeping a safe distance from water-filled tubs). The added voice controls completely sold me, since it solves the issue of wet hands (and having to get up from your proper positioning in order to adjust any of the settings).

It can handle water splashes with an IPX6 waterproof rating, making it a great fit for spaces like saunas and bathrooms.
Please know that it can't be submerged in water.
How do I use the voice control feature? Does it require WiFi?

No WiFi is needed. Once the panel is turned on, simply use the voice commands listed on the back of the device to control it.
Voice control works within about 2 meters (6.6 ft) when there are no obstacles between you and the panel.
Is the Sauna Light easy to move? Can I use it outside the sauna?

During long sauna sessions, some areas of the panel may become hot to the touch. For a more comfortable experience in high-temperature environments, we recommend using the voice control feature instead of touching the panel directly.
